What kind of frogs can you have as pets?

heyheychris10 wants to know:

Like just very small frogs I could put in a teranium. Very colorful ones.

Another Questions….
Are there any frogs I could put with African Cichlids? Like if I had a land base and then it gradually go’s into water with some cichlids
but for a beginner? and how expensive would it be?

Their are allot of frogs out their you can buy or own as pets, like the red-eyed tree frog very colorful,or the green tree frog there are just to many to put on here just go to Ur local pet store and look for the right one i promise you’ll find it…
As for putting any frog in with that fish…i wouldn’t advise it at all they would probably eat a frog if its an adult
    Good Luck

there aren’t any frogs that can be put in with cichlids, they will try to eat them, and frogs are not fast enough to get away from cichlids. Your best bet is to have them separate.
If you want colorful frogs, try dart frogs. Hatched and raised in captivity they are not poisonous, you can get them at any reptile expo.
Red Eyed tree frogs are also pretty colorful. Firebellied toads are pretty easy maintenance, red legged walking frogs, green tree frogs. There are a few breeds. It is up to you! Tree frogs are a little higher maintenance, but none of these are aquatic.

    Tree frogs
    Pacman frogs
    Horny frogs
    Bull frogs

That’s really all I know. I don’t think you can house cichlids with any other type of frog either.
