I would imagine the Cichlids would munch them, which would be no bad thing as Ramshorns can reach real plague proportions if not kept in check.
To be honest they won’t eat much in terms of algae and won’t do a whole lot in terms of cleaning - they poop too and nothing will eat the poop!
It would be less of headache to buy a mag-float/glass scraper for algae and make sure you’re not overfeeding to create much mess and that you’re performing regular weekly maintenance and hoovering anyway.
