How about a Jewel Cichlid (Hemichromis species)? These are beautiful fish that are certainly predatory, devouring insects, shrimp, and other crustaceans. Kribs, too, are predatory, but are much less aggressive and won’t likely fit in with your tank. If you’re looking for piscivorous fish (very different than “predatory fish”), I’d suggest other Tilapia, as they’re the most commonly available.
