If yours is a community tank which means you have many other different species of cichlids living together, you shouldnt have moved the other cichlids.
Most cichlids are mouth breeders meaning they will actually hatch the eggs in the female fish mouth. Since yours lays eggs, if it is in a community tank, you are actually endangering the other fishes by taking them out of the tank as the water condition and temperature might be different resulting in white spots and cloudy eye in your other fishes.
My advice is identify the breeding pair and take them out and rear them seperately. They will breed again as cichlids are quite fertile :-).
No special care required. Just let the mother take care of the fries. Good Luck

just leave the adults alone, they will raise the fry
get some food for the babies and keep the tank
real clean
