Are all your chichlids of the same species? Even if they are they may never mate and produce viable offspring. However, somethings you can do is to make sure you have a stable environment. Firstly, make sure your light is on a timer so they experience a normal day/night cycle. Provide ample food and feed them on a schedule. Create enough rock crevices and caves so they can establish their territory. Make sure your temperature is on the higher end 83-84 degrees
