Thanks!
Also, could the pet store order a pair or do i have to get about 4 and grow them and see who pairs off?
Is it ok if they are siblings?

typical breeding temp of cichlids is around 80F. Some pet stores do sell adult sized convicts and may even have mated pairs, but if you cannot find a pair, then getting 4-6 juveniles will ensure that you will have a pair. Remember though that convict cichlids are very prolific and will produce a lot of young in no time, they are considered to be the rabbit of the fish world.
