First, get rid of the lizard light and buy a heater. It will be $20 max. The lizard light will cook the top of the water while the bottom freezes. And it could fall in, making it a huge electrical hazard.
Second, just having a glass aquarium outside is asking for all kinds of problems. It could break. It could freeze and break. It will get filthy. It will get rained on. Rainwater in a fish tank will screw up all the water perimeters and introduce dissolved air pollutants to the fish.
Oh, and the fish would definitely die. The difference in temperature between night and day would be enough to kill them. The only pet fish that should live outside are cold water fish in a pond, plain and simple.
NO THEY WONT SURVIVE, I DONT KNOW THAT EVEN WITH A HEATER THEY WOULD OUTSIDE, UNLESS YOU LIVE IN NEW MEXICO, MABEY, BUT IF ITS NOT TOO COLD THEN COME UP WITH A FEW BUCKS AND SAVE THOSE FISHES, HEATERS ARE PRETTY INEXPENSIVE
I would guess that they could it you made sure that the water temperature was kept in the proper range, about 78degrees F. You could easily do that with a water heater.
haha what the heck is up with some of the situations people have going on, like why on earth would you even have a fish tank outside in the first place? and why not buy a 20 dollar heater for the tank? they wont survive like that, the heat from the light isn’t going to penetrate the water well enough to keep it warm during the winter and even if it did you would have to leave it on day and night, fish need to have dark and light times in order to be healthy, would you want to sleep with a bright light on? i don’t understand why people have such weird situations going on, just put the damnd fish inside and in a proper environment or dont have them at all.
i don’t mean to be disrespectful to you but come on.

no
it will be too cold, and they will die. A reptile light doesn’t heat water.
